Actually the question should read "What does relational theory do? Well, does a theory do anything? Maybe relational theory is not a theory after all, but a prescription. This sounds a lot like the Zen Koan "The sound of one hand clapping" which if analylized will never be figured out, but if acted out, leads to Satori. So is relational theory something that can't be figured out but only acted out?
